CodeMark TV Episode 19
So we’ve been talking about all the steps from pre approval to the money you’re going to invest in your transaction for real estate. Now, we’re moving right along, we’re getting into underwriting. We’re going to break all the steps down in underwriting as we’ve done with everything else.
How long does the sales transaction usually take?
About 30 days, up to 45 maybe, sometimes 60. Either way, we’re going to break down every week, so that you understand what’s going on at the bank, in underwriting, in each of those weeks.
Stay tuned. We’ll go through week one, and then after that we’ll go to week two, and after that week three, and after that week four, and then after that clear to close. And, if we don’t clear to close, we’ll talk about why there could be possible delays.
Until next time, I’m Mark MacInerney President and CEO of Codemark Financial. Catch me live on Friday, Facebook Live, Lunch with Me, Lunck with Mark, and you can catch me here all the time on Codemark TV.
